Who delivers the training?

All sessions are delivered by a Resus Council accredited, HCPC-registered Paramedic Practitioner with extensive frontline and primary care experience.

What topics are covered in the BLS course?

The course includes adult, child, and infant CPR, AED (defibrillator) use, choking management, and recognising and responding to emergencies, following Resuscitation Council (UK) and CQC requirements.

Do you provide certificates?

Yes — each participant receives a certificate of completion that meets CQC and ICB standards for annual mandatory training.

How long does the course take?

Most BLS sessions last 1.5 - 3 hours, depending on group size and interaction.
First Aid courses range from half-day to full-day options.

Can the training be delivered at our workplace?

Absolutely. We can come to your GP surgery, community venue, or workplace. All necessary training equipment is provided.

Do I need previous experience?

No prior medical knowledge is needed — our public courses are suitable for complete beginners.

Are you insured?

Yes — fully covered by professional indemnity, public liability, and medical malpractice insurance.

Are your courses accredited?

Training is delivered in line with Resuscitation Council (UK) standards and CQC/ICB frameworks for clinical governance.

Can you tailor courses or sessions for specific groups?

Yes — we can adapt training for GP practices, corporate teams, schools, community organisations, and more!
